Being Happy With Yourself

We are living in one of the most amazing periods of time. Things the human race has achieved is quite astonishing. We have access to the entire world at any point through a click of a button or a swipe of a screen. We're able to achieve more, while doing less... its possible to wake up, open your phone and order breakfast right to your door step, or If we have sudden impulse to by the most random thing off the internet, chances are it'll be at your door step the very next day, Its possible to outsource so many of our daily tasks that we don't even have to vacuum the carpet anymore, you can get a little robot that does it for you Yet with all these amazing quality's of life - we find that a larger than ever before percentage of the population suffers with depression. Happiness is at an all time low, and it could be the very things that make our life amazing, that's killing our happiness! So how do we go about fixing this?!

Haters Gunna Hate.

Life is hard. Its hard from the beginning, even before we have to learn about emotions and dealing with everyone around us. We have to make sure were 'fit' and healthy, so as not tot draw any judgment from others, we have to wear the right clothing , or drive the right car to give us a certain status or to impress our friends. If we go around trying to please everyone... We please no one. There's always an opposing side, meat-eaters and vegetarians, politically left and right, people who believe aliens built the pyramids and people that are wrong....we're joking, obviously... but you get the point. For every position there is an opposition.
 
Dealing with hate and judgment can be a daily chore we all have to do! This week expect to learn how to set boundaries. The best thing to focus on when fighting hate, proven ways to respond to hate that give you the upper hand and much more!
